Job Description
Hiring for Technical Support Associate-(Semi Technical Process)
1. Its a voice process catering to service request related to ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS.
2. This is a servicing center process and hence candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide service assistance within a specified time along with displaying true customer centricity.
3. Candidates should be a graduate in BCA/B.TECH/MCA/BSC IT/B.E.
4. He/She should be good in English communication both verbal and written.
5. Desired candidates should be time flexible along with being ready to work in a competitive and challenging environment.
6. Should have a basic computer typing skills.
8. salary grid- 1.8 to 2.3 LPA, Lucrative incentives & bonus
