We are urgently looking for MBBS Doctors with Min. 2yrs of experience or DNB/MD(Internal Medicine/Family Medicine/General Medicine) with 0-1yrs of experience for a reputed Health Care Company which provides Primary Health Care over digital Platform.
Qualification & Experience: MBBS Doctors with Min. 2yrs of experience or DNB/MD(Internal Medicine/Family Medicine/General Medicine) with 0-1yrs of experience.KMC Registration is a MUST
Shift Timings: Rotational/6days a week/Night Shifts would be Work From Home
Remuneration: As per Company Standards
Job responsibilities: 1.Doctor front-ends the interaction with the consumer/patient. He interacts with the consumer via text chat and audio / video chat and then interacts with the Sr consultant doctor via text and audio / video chat. 2. Doctor during and post interaction with consumer, prepares the case containing 1. All symptoms 2. Conditions 3. Possible diagnosis and 4. Possible treatment/prescriptions. She/he then forwards the case to the Sr Consultant. 3.Post the starting of the treatment, the doctor also does the required follow ups in terms of checking on the patient if the condition is improving, symptoms receding etc. He decides based on data either to escalate the case to Sr consultant or close it.
Job Requirements: 1.Min 2 years experience in patient care in OPD / Emergency in a Tier 1 hospital/clinic set up. 2.Experience in working as a duty doctor and having handled emergency care. 3.Having Worked with senior consultant and assisted them in care delivery in any of the specialties. 4.Knowledge and expertise in care 5.Knowledge of care delivery protocols 6.Ability to learn and work with technology ( smart devices, mobile apps with video chat etc )

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
