Job Description
• Experienced in Requirement gathering, Development, Requirement Analysis and documentation, Requirement communication, Requirement management and Testing.

• Experienced in designing and developing functional test cases, impact analysis, system integration testing and regression testing. Conducting UAT and documentation of test cases.

• To manage the implementation of various applications across the group.

• Manage and provide efficient administration support to internal stakeholders regarding all aspects of various IT Applications

• Be hands-on user of the application and gather sufficient knowledge to support the users in resolving day to day issues

• Work closely with the Business teams in gathering requirements, and getting it implemented in the system

• Act as a point person for various IT applications related user issues

• Work closely with the vendor in getting the development completed on time and ensure adherence to quality standards

• Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment

• Ability to resolve customer/business issues

• Ability to manage vendor performance

• Work with various support teams to manage technical/operational issues

• Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer/technical issues.
