We are having a Job Opportunity with leading distribution organization of Consumer Lifestyle products.

Position: General Manager (Business Head)
Location: Noida
Experience- 10+ Years

Industry: Consumer Electronics, Retail

Job Responsibilities:
a) Responsible to grow business and oversee all staff, budget and operations of the business unit / vertical.
b) Design strategy and set goals for growth.
c) Should be able to create value preposition for brand, organization and clients.
d) Should be able to carry out prospect requirement mapping, pipeline mapping, proposal building, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deals.
e) Derive and implement Sales/Marketing/BD/Brand and Product strategies for Channel, Corporate, Online enterprises, MBOs, LFRs and High Street Retailers.
f) Should initiate and develop rapport with Key decision makers and stake holders in target organizations for business development.
g) Responsible for training, work allocation and performance of the team.
Profit Centre Responsibility:
Responsible for profitability of the vertical and required to do the following: -
a) Prepare market related plans.
b) Planning monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target strategies.
c) Ideation and Innovation for business generation.
d) Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
a) Proven experience as a Business Unit Head or similar executive role.
b) Rich experience in Product / Brand Management (Lifestyle product positioning through corporate, channel, distribution network etc. will be preferred)
c) MBA/PGDM preferred.
d) Excellent Communication Skills.
e) Strong Interpersonal Relationship.
f) Proven capabilities in management of sales verticals.
g) Local Candidate from Pan India Lifestyle business development preferred.
