Sunrise is looking for a Receptionist with pleasing personality and good communication skills for managing the Front Office Operations for our Chandigarh Office.
Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Answering and forwarding phone calls or referring inquiries.
Efficiently manage the Front Office Desk: Booking Meetings, Direct clients / visitors to correct destination, Arranging couriers, Sorting and distributing post.
Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain appointment diary.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: (English, Hindi and Punjabi)
Should be presentable and Good Listening Skills
Good Computer skills Must
Fresher with pleasing personality and good communication skills can also apply

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
