Handling EPABX System Responding to incoming & outgoing calls Handling Courier incoming / outgoing Maintaining records of all visitors & guest. Arrangement for internal meetings & conferences To maintain records of bills / Correspondence (Telephone, Electricity, courier etc.) Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department, Placement, scanning and drafting of important letters.
