Front Office Executive / Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Handling EPABX Systems and Attending incoming calls 


• Transferring calls to staff or concern person with right information.

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.

• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.

• Highly skilled in greeting customers in courteous manner

• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.

• Assisting HR team on the recruitment process.

• Record keeping of all inward/outward post/document/couriers.

• Accepted couriers,Letters and packages delivered to the front desk and distributed to appropriate staff members.

• Handling all stationery and medical requirement, keeping track of it.

• Monitor office supplies and place order as and when required.

• Maintaining sub staff attendances and dairy inventory.

• Receiving bills – Vendorsbill,Electricity bill, rent bill, water bill, Newspaper bill etc. and submitting bills to Finance Department with a scanned copy every month.

• Taking Print, Xerox and Scan when required

• Maintaining Extension List and Contact details of employees with employees ids and official mail ids.

• Making arrangements on arrival of Guest and on Events.

• Maintaining Registers such as Visitor Register, Movement Register,Sub Staff Register, Courier Inword and Outword Register, Material Inword Register, Stationary Register

• Daily entries of Inword Couriers,Cheques,materials etc.

• Handling petty cash for general office expenses.

• Handling employee requests and queries appropriately and resolve them on time.(Water, plumber,carpenter,electricity,coffee machine etc.

• Vendor management,Courier management, Housekeeping, Travel management& Stationary management

Qualifications : Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Job Location : Road no 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Salary : Negotiable

Good Comm & Presentation skills a Must.
