Job Description

Position: Front Office Executive (Female)

Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years

Job Description : 
• Greeting Customers and welcome guests.

• Guest handling management.

• Answer and route all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Cooperate with other staff or departments requests for assistance with administrative tasks.

• Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.

• Maintaining visitors records & courier system.

• Assisting guests, visitors, customers & informing the concerned person.

• Check, sort and forward emails.

• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

• Keep updated records and files.

Required Skills :

• Excellent communication skills are written and verbal in English, Hindi & Marathi. 

Salary: Up to 4.20 Lacs per annum.

Working hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
