Roles and Responsibilities:
* Preparing Corporate letters like Proposals, Confirmation & Renewals.
* Co-ordinating with the other Departments & Branches of the Company.
* Handling EPBX, Telephone Calls both Incoming and Outgoing.
* Maintaining General and Confidential Files.
* Travel Desk & Fleet Management.
* Scheduling & Organizing Meetings & Conferences.
Bills Processing for:
* Transport – Staff & Local Conveyances, Security, Labor Contractors, Printing.
* Stationery, Courier Bills, Photo Copier, Telephones, Mobile, Data Card etc.
Salary: As Per Industry Standards.
