-Welcome clients in Pleasant manner
-Transferring all incoming & outgoing calls to concern department
-Handling customers, guest and sales staff phone call and transferring to concern

department
-Arranging meetings for visiting customers and maintaining office area
-Maintain inward & outward courier
-Assisting HR department for interview and joining formalities of new employee.
-Maintaining all record of Employee
-Making New policies for employee and company.
