Job Description
 Answer a high volume of calls and emails and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards and always in a courteous manner.

 Enter reservations into ResPAK accurately and according to agreed standards.

 Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with restaurants and other departments as required to ensure that guest requests are well taken care of.

 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisors.

 Complete the assigned tasks in the daily checklist with accuracy and attention.

 Attend daily briefings at the assigned time.

 Pursue personal development of skills and product knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

 Be proactive always (within the limitations of the position) to ensure the best possible service delivery for guests and colleagues, and the most accurate completion of tasks.

 Notify the Manager or Team Leader as soon as possible upon noticing anything unusual or seemingly incorrect in ResPAK or in any other part of the work process.

 Assist each restaurant to achieve its revenue targets by making the most efficient use of tables and demand.

 Maintain a conducive work environment in the office always – clean desk and low non-call noise levels, and ensure that all equipment is well looked after.

 Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
