Provide best- in- class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the E- mail, Phone & Facebook . Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. Demonstrate empathy Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file. Ensure regular audits of communications are performed and the appropriate training is provided to personnel in this area.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
