Job Description: Purpose: Key Outputs:

To manage, support, and supervise the business development of Enterprise Application Solutions (SMAC based solutions). This unit is responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids. • To achieve monthly/quarterly order booking & reveune targets.
• Defend the revenue with the existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet

Main Priorities: Relationships:

• Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market Internal: Reporting Manager, Product Team, Solution Team, Delivery Team, Cross functional Business Units and their respective internal BDM’s & relationships
• Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
• Proactively helps improve products and services External: Corporate Clients
• Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
• Understands clients' needs
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients Reportees: None
• Cover the market for the Buisness Unit, all the accounts.
• Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans
• Participating in large deals and working as the system integrator to propose the complete end-to-end digital solutions. Key Performance Indicators:
• Working with business partners / alliances
• Ensure revenue realization by directing timely execution of projects from all the internal stakeholders. • OB – X Cr Annual Contract Value
• Champion the customer’s cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support • Revenue – X Cr Annual Contract Value
• Gross Margin – X%
• Funnel build-up per BDM per Quarter – X New cases
• Deal Closures – X cases per quarter
• Existing Clients – Up-sell and Cross Sell
• New Clients Additions Per quarter.
• Training AMs on the frequent basis on the product solution offerings.
• Increased quarterly business volumes
