F&B executive to manage the complete restaurant operation during assigned shift

Should be able to execute opening and closing shift checks effectively for all items and areas

Directs and monitors the work of subordinate employees, stewards and trainees performing the functions of guest

Service, cleaning, stocking, quality control, food and beverage order taking and maintenance of work stations

Conducting daily briefing of staffs and training/ monitoring the lower level staffs & trainees

Responsible to make duty allocations, shift timings and verify all work schedules and follow proper documentation, rules , policies and procedures.

Promptly and professionally handles guest issues and communicates problems and concerns to Restaurant Manager.

Drives team with target orientation to up-sell products /service/offers to maximize revenue.

Responsible for telephone handling and basic telephone etiquette for Reservation, Inquiry or Delivery.

Assisting Manager in day to day maintenance and running the restaurant in his absence/leaves.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum Age should be 21 yrs

Presentable/Groomed with good communication skills
