Job Description: Should possess a strong academic and working knowledge of Finance &Accounts. (Desirable, if experience in a training role in Accounting) 2. Should also possess good knowledge on Capital / Financial markets. Experience in conducting Capital Markets & Custody Services training is desirable 3. Should be able to conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) for employees who would join regularly into the business 4. Should be able to create new material / presentations / Elearning modules for the business and keep them up to date (Have a repository of materials updated from time to time) 5. Should regularly interact with Business Heads and other Key stakeholders on training content delivery and other crucial methodologies 6. Should possess good understanding of creating MIS for all training s conducted. Good knowledge of MS office tools (Specifically, MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint) is required. 7.To act as a business partner for the process by performing crucial roles such as a) Performing TNI (Training Needs Identifications) across business segments b) Create Learning paths based on TNI outputs c) Delivering training programs based on TNI d) Organizing training programs by coordinating with business partners
Other important Skill sets 1. Standard Trainer skills (including good communication, articulation & presentation skills) 2. Ability to animate in a group with all participants from varied backgrounds 3. Have a systematic and structured approach towards training programs 4. Good problem solving skills 5. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
