Job Responsibilities: 
KEY RESULT AREAS FOR SALES MANAGER

1. Appoint Good Distributors at the Key Markets of Kerala as per launch plan

2. Collect advance Drafts from Distributors directly or through Sales Executives for Supplies

3. Split the targets among the Sales Executives/ Distributors/ Markets/ Outlets

4. Design route plans for S.E s and Distributors based on market potential

5. Track sales performance against Targets on a daily basis and take corrective action

6. Work with Sales Executives across their markets to improve Sales and Distribution

7. Track Competition across Kerala Markets

8. Suggest proactive steps to be ahead of the competition

9. Manage , Motivate and Train the Sales Executives on the job

10. Control market credit with in norms

11. Work out the ROI of Distributors on a monthly basis and gain their confidence

QUALIFICATION: 
Degree and P.G.Dip in Bus Mgt, knowledge of computer applications

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 0-7 YEARS OF FMCG EXPERIENCE OUT OF WHICH 0-2 YEARS SHOULD BE IN A SUPERVISORY OR MANAGERIAL 
AGE: BELOW 42

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month

Experience:

Sales: 0-7 years (Preferred)

work: 0-1 year (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
