Role incumbent will be responsible for managing the dashboard configuration on Qlik Sense for finance and business users which includes Financial and Non-Financial metrics covering various aspects such as
(A) Load data from various sources and get them fed into Qliksense server.
(B) Recommed proper data stage architecture and build the front end application.
Desired Skill Set:-
Should have 6+yrs of work experience in Qlik Sense managing large data sets , BI tools, data warehousing, etc.,
Exposure to Finance tools such as TM1, Saracen, General Ledgers FTP, HUB, Fusion etc., and Big Data tools like Pentaho or any other databases of large scale and ETL process is highyl desirable. Please Mention Location and Job Code in the Subject GO/JC/9657/2018

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
