Job Description
  • Overall 2 to 4 years of experience in the area of Payroll, Accounts receivable and Payables.. 
  • Make sure the invoices are raised on timely basis 
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure that they accept the invoice and agree to GST in the GOVT portal 
  • Ensures the payment received on timely basis by regular follow up with the client/internal stake holders 
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other Irregularities and resolve payment discrepancies 
  • Collect salary input from clients and work on monthly payroll, prepare salary register, Bank statements and sending to clients. 
  • Preparing monthly reports 
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and adhering to general accounting principals 
  • Proficient in Tally & Excel 
  • Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly and annual returns like VAT, Service TAX, TDS, PT, PF, ESI & Service TAX refund application 
  • Coordination with clients for making monthly ESI, PF, PT, IT payments. 
  • Maintaining forms as per labour laws. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Taking responsibility for the complete daily end-to-end payroll process. 
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with the payroll data providers and vendors and manage a smooth, timely and precise handling of transactions 
  • Handling all employee payroll related queries and liaising. 
  • Responsible in handling Corporate Accounts. 
  • Analyze and control payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries of client companies in a professional manner. 
  • Preparation of PO, Sales Invoice 
  • Maintaining books of accounts of People Minds and its clients. 
  • Co-ordination with operative bank 
  • Computation of employee taxes and generation of Form 16 
  • Maintenance of MIS reports to capture revenue on a monthly basis. 
  • TDS Certificate generation 
  • Address to the Statutory Notices, ROC compliance,. 
  • Good knowledge on PF, ESI, MIS, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Professional Tax etc. 
  • Knowledge of Indirect taxes 
  • Visiting government offices on need basis for PT, ESI, PF, Labour law forms/challans submission on need basis 
  • Visiting client places on need basis
