Roles and Responsibility :

Sourcing and Screening the profiles for clients requirements

Responsible for Blue collar employees hiring through Field Sourcing

Employee referral, Head Hunting

Willingness to work on volume hiring or bulk hiring

Should be target oriented.

Will be responsible for end to end, including documentation, Onboarding of the candidates

Should be minimum 12th pass or graduate with Basic computer skills.

2 Wheeler is Preferable
