Job Description
Job Duties:

1. Responsible for post-sale field activities, Product’s Adoption & Usage

2. Monitor store performance and build happy customers to improve store efficiency & referral sales

3. Assess and evaluate team and individual performance

4. Fill knowledge gaps through additional training and professional development programs

5. Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals

6. Monitor key metrics and develop operational strategies to improve operational efficiency

7. Address all issues and concerns relating to the field office operations

8. Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute field activities

9. Develop best practices and standard tools to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

1. A field operations manager should have a basic understanding of management and organizational skills with an ability to supervise and lead the team to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.

2. Should be able to plan the work according to the priority standards, so that it is completed within the established budget and given time.

3. Must be able to incorporate team participation and involve them in decision making.

4. Must be comfortable handling and analyzing statistical data and records, and prepare the relevant reports.

5. Should have effective communication skills with a vision to develop innovative plans to ensure better productivity.

6. Should have a high level of responsibility & an intense Go beyond, get it done, attitude

Skills: Should have good presentation and excel skills
