Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties 
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

• Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs

• Excellent Negotiation Skills

• Provide detail about the properties

• Regular chase up to old and new leads.

• Aiming to achieve monthly and yearly target

• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

• Display and market real property to possible buyers

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 

Academic Qualification: - Minimum Graduate, MBA, Marketing Preferred (Real Estate Background)

Skills / Requirements: -

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson

• Proven track of successful sales record

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

• High degree of self-motivation and ambition

• Pleasant and trustworthy

• MS Office familiarity

Experience: - 4-8 years

Language: - Good command over English, Hindi, Bengali

Age: - Within 28 Years (highly potential candidates can get age relaxation)

Benefits: -

Salary: - INR Rs.20,000/ – Rs.30,000/-per month (Negotiable)

• Cab facility to meet the client

Reporting: - Have to report directly to the center head
