Brief JD

• Facility Management:

o Ensuring to provide Cell Phone connection and Credit Card to entitled employees on time.

o Purchasing and providing office stationary

o Providing printer stationary viz. Visiting cards, letter heads, envelopes, writing pads etc.

o Pantry Service. Ensuring our best to fulfil the pantry service to employees’ satisfaction. .

o Ensuring to keep functioning items like ACs and lifts.

General Administration:

o Ensuring timing payment to all utility bills viz. electricity, telephone, Cell Phone, Credit Card, Data Card.

o Ensuring proper housekeeping /Security Services

o Ensuring to renew Contract with various agencies in H.O. and all branches for Security Services, House Keeping etc./

o Ensuring Annual Maintenance Contract with Vendors for AC, EPABX, Fax Machine, Fire Equipment.

• Purchase of office equipment/assets (except IT)

o Ascertaining requirement and identifying supplier for Chairs, Water Cooler, Fridge, TVs, Fire Extinguishers, Vehicles, Telephone Instruments, ACs, Fans, Pantry Items (except eatables), microwave oven etc. etc.

o Getting competitive quotes and negotiating cost

• Miscellaneous:

o Appointment of Vendors for supply of stationary, courier, travel agency, maintenance/repair work

o Getting competitive quotes/rates and issuing Contract/work order

o Dealing/negotiating/sorting out disputes with suppliers/vendors.

o Overall cost control initiatives
