Job Description
Will be responsible to set up a new Business in FMS initially in Delhi. Candidate must have 10 years’ experience in FMS with excellent contacts to develop business .you’ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility.. Likewise, you’ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. As the facilities manager, you’ll be working frequently with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Budgeting & Contract will be your key responsibility. coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost. elf-motivated and quick-thinking facilities manager who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. You must be well-organized as Tema leader who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines. Self-motivated and quick-thinking facilities manager who can solve problems using quantitative methods.
