• Handle the Inbound calls for HDFC Banking Process
• Set Clear team goals.
• Support the team for products and process knowledge.
• Handling and driving the team towards performance.
• Interact with customers, answering customer inquiries and effectively handle customer complaints.
• Conduct team meeting and provides feedback.
• Motivate team members.
• Oversee Day-to-Day activities.
• Must be a self-starter
• Must have handled a team of at least 10 members.
• Must be able to demonstrate sales record (2+ years) at a high level of achievement
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing, and sales or related field of study with good working knowledge of computers
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
• Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
12000 and above/month(Based on the perfomence)
