Roles and Responsibility :

Positions- 1. Executive / Sr. Executive/Team Leader
2. Team Leader: 4yrs experience
Experience: 01 04 Yrs.
Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate
Job Role: ---
1.Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.
2.Understanding job description provided by the client.
3.Sourcing quality profiles - From the Job portals, internal data base, Employee References, Mass mail, Head Hunting etc.
4.Sourcing, Screening & Short listing the candidates through various mediums.
5.Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization, etc.
6.Checking the suitability of the candidate.
7.Taking telephonic round of interview before sending them to client.
8.Scheduling interviews in co-ordination with the client and closing the requirements.
9.Handhold negotiations.
10.Further follow-up for the offer details and ensure the candidate joins.
11.In touch with the candidate for future relationship as candidate is our asset.
12.In touch with the client for future requirements.
Candidate Profile: ---
1.Excellent communication skills are required.
2.High on adapting new industry exposure.
3.High Application of intelligence.
4.Good Written, Verbal and Listening skills.
5.Maturity to understand and deal with Clients.
6.Demonstrated ability to work under revenue targets.
7.Excellent search skills (Google search, Linkedin search, etc).
8.Experience in recruitment is required.
9.Headhunting, Mapping, Screening, Evaluation, Scrutinizing, resource planning.
10.Candidate must have Energy, Positive Attitude, and Dedication & Competitiveness towards work.
