Job Description
Executive & Sr. Executive

-Business environment

-Vertical : Insurance

-Scope:

-Up Selling

-Cross Selling

-Outbound

-Timings: 12X7 9 hours – 6 days working (rotational off)

Qualifications and Technical Competencies Required

Education

Mandatory: HSC

Desirable: Graduate in any stream

Experience

6-12 months of Outbound Insurance sales experience is mandate

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

Typing Speed of 20 WPM with 85% accuracy

Soft Skills: (Job related)

Strong Customer Service focus (Ability to prioritize customer needs)

Ability to clearly understand the Customer Requirement

Excellent Objection Handling Skills

Ability to construct a grammatically correct , concise and accurate sentence during verbal Communication

Convincing ability to sell Insurance over the phone

Excellent Negotiation & Objection Handling Skills

Others

Should be willing to work in rotatory shift Should be able to handle Sales pressure

Should clear the Mock Call

*** Agent to Score a Minimum of 3 on a Scale of 5 Rating on the Candidate Review Sheet (CRS)
