Job Description
Revenue dimension:

• Exceeding or meeting personal sales objectives while indicating a solid client focus.

• Initiating and utilizing sales possibilities with the current and potential buyers while developing and keeping key clients.

• Liaise with other company departments to ensure achievement of sales objectives

• Developing a strong product understanding as well as client understanding.

• Creates firm industry presence through personal selling

• Meet sales plans and furnishing monthly and quarterly reports as required.

• Participating in industry actions and conventions.

• Estimating clients on quotations quickly and perfectly.

• Renewing current records of clients with a higher level of service and pricing.

• Working with current clients in finding possibilities for additional solutions.

• Working with Marketing team and the respective Manager to provide thoughts about new products and lines of business – with recommendations.

• Maintaining accurate client data source for reporting, messages, and promotion applications.

• Preparing restoration contracts and quotations for current clients.

• Providing detailed up-dates on job actions to the Sales Manager.

• Providing customer feedback for possible

Customer Management

• Meet new customers and expand Customer Base.

• To understand customer requirements and present product and solutions appropriately to make sales.

• To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

• Ensure any customer complaints are highlighted to manager and follow-up for immediate corrective action.

• Ensure Order log-in as per Company Policy.

• Liaisioning with internal teams to check the progress of existing orders

• Receivables Management:

• Timely collection of receivables

• Periodic Reconciliation of Accounts receivables
