Job Description

Designation: Executive Assistant/ Executive Secretary

Job Profile:

  • Manage and maintain the diary and email accounts
  • Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments
  • Organize emails into the appropriate folders and any relevant information to be copied into the correct file
  • Ensure updated diary, necessary papers are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with necessary documents and messages etc.
  • Ability to manage day to day schedules, follow-up, dictation, correspondence & filing etc
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Boss by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
  • Capability to handle general and confidential data
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the boss, including the drafting of general replies. Minute general meetings as required.
  • Coordinate with the staff members and forward the necessary information and important messages on behalf of the Boss.
  • Provide a service that is in line with the Boss’s work habits and preferences



Job Specifications:

Education & Experience:


  • Graduate (Any Stream) with good academic records with minimum 4 yrs of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command over Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point etc
  • Self Correspondence
  • Good Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills



Please Note:

  • Please mention academic results of SSC / HSC & College Degree. Resumes will not be considered without marks.
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills
  • Age: Below 35  yrs
  • CTC: Open
  • Candidates must have good academic records
  • Minimum 6 days working per week.
