BUSINESS DEV. EXECUTIVE / MARKETING EXECUTIVE FOR IVF EQUIPMENTS
• Product promotion, Revenue generation
• Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Develop negotiating strategies; examining risks and potentials; estimating customers' needs and goals. • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Provide after-sales marketing and technical support to customers in conjunction with marketing and engineering teams
Shivani Scientific Industries (P) Ltd. is the major player in the field of IVF, IUI & ICSI Lab Set up. We have set up more than 150 Labs worldwide so far especially in the African and Asian Countries.
Mainly we provide Turn Key Project Services for setting up of In Vitro Fertilization Labs popularly known as Test Tube Baby Centre. Here we provide single window service which includes Site Survey, Lab Design, equipment selection, hands on training, installation, project marketing and feasibility studies.
We have a fully equipped Lab for training the doctors and embryologists at our Research Centre called Embryology Academy for Research & Training (EART). The guiding principle at EART is to ensure that we provide the participants an enriching experience in a relaxed ambience.
We are in the manufacturing of Autoclaves & Sterilizers for more than 3 decades and we have supplied to many Pharma Companies, Govt. Institutions and National & International Institutions.
We have also made supplies to Gulf Countries, African Countries and also to European countries with our various models. This was possible only because of our quality, workmanship and above all our after sales service.
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
