Job Summary Coordinate Recruitment process, Interview scheduling, Joining Formalities, On boarding, Induction ; Preparing HR file for the new joinees. Leave & Attendance Management; Appraisal & Staff Welfare; Exit Formalities.

Detailed Job Profile

  • Creating database of all applications received.
  • Entering the details of the shortlisted candidates into filtered database for quick access.

Interview & Joining
  • Coordinating the interviews of shortlisted candidates based on the position after identification.
  • Finalizing the components of CTC at the time of new hiring (and appraisals).
  • Arranging for the joining formalities (preparing for forms, induction manual)
  • Preparing HR file for the new joinee.

Leave & Attendance Management
  • Recording data of leaves and attendance for the purpose of maintaining the payroll

Separation & Exit Formalities
  • Coordinating with the concerned for formal resignation and sending resignation acceptance after go ahead all concerned.
  • Getting the full & final statement signed from all concerned.
  • Sending the information to accounts.

Appraisal & Staff Welfare
  • Designing & Implementing Performance Management System.
  • Sending Reports to Management in case deviation is made from policy, policy is to be revised or new policy is required to be created.
  • Assisting Accounts Department in Calculation of Billing, Bonuses, and Increments etc.
  • Preparing, Implementing and Maintaining inputs for HR Policies and Decisions.
  • Preparation of HR related documents like Appraisal Letters and Non Disclosure Agreements.
  • Designing and providing inputs on inter departmental movement of Lawyers & Staff.
  • Preparation of Work Profiles of Staff and Write Ups for the Lawyers.
  • Coordinating with Universities etc. for Campus placements.
  • Assisting the Management in devising schemes for Promotions and Increments.
  • Initiating Team Building by way of organizing for Get Together on festivals and occasions, Retreats and off sites etc.
  • Providing a platform to the human resources to voice their grievances, counsel them and provide a solution after discussing with the Top Management.
  • Reviewing ongoing policies and procedures periodically. (Collection information, analyzing, proposing and discussing the gaps etc.)
  • Preparing Budget for the HR department
  • Actively participating in meetings and suggesting new initiatives.
  • Suggesting scope of improvements in procedures and policies that affect the Firm and Human Resources.
  • Preparing Holiday List.
  • Preparing various databases from time to time for various new initiatives taken by the firm.
  • Initiating and Implementing Reward and Recognition programme for staff and associates.
  • Preparing monthly HR MIS Report covering all the above mentioned aspects.
