Job Description
Urgent requirement of Male Graduate candidate with good communication & computer skill
Ready to travel
Exp- 1 year in HR
Should have knowledge about Contract labour Act, BOCW, Minimum Wages, ESIC ,PF, Muster roll, wage register, Licensing & returns

Responsibility:
• Maintaining Contract Labour Compliance under CLRA Act
• Maintaining & preparing Muster Roll, Wage Register of Contract Labour
• New, renewal, amendment & closure of Contractor License under CLRA Act
• Submission of various return under CLRA Act
• Notice Resolving
• Liaison with Govt. Authorities
• Contract labour handling
• Payroll processing

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline
• Male Candidate
• Proficiency in English and Regional Language
• Good communication skills,
• Comfortable in Traveling
• Previous work experience in HR / Contract Labour Compliance
• Should have sound knowledge of Contract Labour Act, BOCW Act, Minimum Wages Act, Workmen Compensation Act, Maternity Benefit Act, PF & ESIC Act, Bonus Act, Payment of wages Act.
• Should have knowledge of Various register maintain under CLRA Act
