Job Description
We have a very urgent opening for the position of Executive - Customer Support (Business handling) with a leading Life Insurance company for Thane location.

Reports to :
Assistant Manager – Partner Support Desk

Roles and Responsibilities of Executive:
  • Ensures that the queries are responded to within the stipulated TATs and in line with the Quality expectation.
  • Coordinate with sales, U/w & customer to arrange fast business issuance.
  • Publishing of business related MIS.
  • Handling Escalations which would require contacting the customers and understanding and resolving the queries.
  • Handling queries pertaining to underwriting & product and ensuring that responses are sent out within the time line for closure.
  • Data uploads in systems.
  • Reconciliation of business MIS.
  • Candidate should be working with a Life insurance company
  • Minimum 1 years exp in a Service sector is required.
