  • Acquire new clients for selling HR Services (Permanent & Staffing) solutions.
  • Maintaining client relationship.
  • Rate negotiation with prospect clients.
  • Able to handle entire Business Development life cycle starting from lead generation till empanelment.
  • Identify the key source and connect to the right person through cold calling/ LinkedIn / other social and business/professional networking sites.
  • Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.
  • Identify & analyse the clients requirements & propose customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure the delivery of assignments in a timely manner.
