Executive Cloud Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Incumbent will promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

-Incumbent will have to demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

-Incumbent will have to establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory / market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products / services.

-Incumbent will have to make telephone calls and in-person visit and provide presentations to existing and prospective customers.

-Incumbent will research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

-Incumbent will develop clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.

-Incumbent will expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and will coordinate with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

-Incumbent will create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.

-Incumbent will identify advantages and compare organization’s products / services with the market competition.

-Incumbent will plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory / segment.

-Incumbent will be responsible for the supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

-Incumbent should be abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.

-Incumbent will participate in trade shows and conventions.


QUALIFICATION :

Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree / PG Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Telecommunications will be added advantage.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-2 to 8 years’ experience in IT B2B sales

-Must have project management skills


COMPETENCIES / SKILLS REQUIRED

-Candidates should have relevant work experience of 2-4 Years in Cloud Sales / IT Infrastructure sales / IT solution selling / Managed Services Sales and possess technical proficiency.

-Candidate should have excellent written, oral, e-mail, telephone and presentation skills.

-Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Candidate should demonstrate Leadership abilities and excellent customer service skills.

-Candidate should be target oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented and multitasker.

-Candidate should have understanding of IT Infrastructure lifecycle, strong technical knowledge covering all aspects of enterprise technology.

-Candidate should have good knowledge of mail servers, web servers, web solutions skills and domains.

-Candidate with good understanding of managed desktop, network and security, messaging, data center hosting, disaster recovery and storage and network implementation will be preferred.

-Candidate should have expertise in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet program.

-Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Access or database applications a plus.
