Job Description
Overseeing daily production of food

Ordering of supplies for smooth functioning of the kitchen

Preparing duty schedule of staffs

Training junior staff members and trainees

Adhering to company policies with respect to hygiene and

sanitation

Preparing various reports as directed by superior

authorities

Planning of menu for various events and outdoor catering

Checking for quality, taste, texture and seasoning of

various food items prepared

Maintaining personal hygeine.

Briefing staff about companies policies and procedures

from time to time.

Guest engagement - looking after feedback, compliments

and complaints given by guests

Preparing of mise en place for smooth functioning of each

service.

Maintaining proper recipes, portion control and standard

operating procedures to ensure minimum costs.

Ensuring optimum utilisation of raw materials.
