Job Description
The opening for a well known Multinational company with base at Nagpur. But this position is under 3rd party payroll.

Areas of responsibility:

1. HR Compliances
2. Administration functions – Ensure legal compliance and Liaison with Govt authorities, managing contractual employees and other admin related functionaries.

3. Administrative functions – Coordinate and ensure proper housekeeping, gardening, cafeteria working, admin purchases, event management, security and contract manpower handling

4. To steer the Nagpur plant to a common vision and align the workforce to achieve excellence in enhancing the plant standards

5. To work with the team and initiate innovative methods for organizational development and to increase productivity and wellness of the organisation

Qualifications required for the position:

1. Graduate in any stream with MBA in HR 
2. Any other additional qualifications welcome

This position reports to the Head HR and Plant Head
