Job Description
The Job would entail the following:
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining calendar, arranging appointments & meetings and preparing minutes of the meeting
  • Preparing and collating reports
  • Travel Management - Domestic & international travel, Air ticketing & Hotel Reservations
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Liasoning with internal & external stakeholders
  • Managing expenses and reimbursements
  • Managing meeting rooms etc.
  • Vendor Management
