Job Description
Hiring for Sr. Technical Support Associate !! Exchange Server !! Active Directory

Minimum 1yr exp in Tech support voice is mandatory.

Salary: Up to 6 LPA (30% Hike on last CTC)

Incentives: Based on performance

Cabs: One side + Transport Allowance

Shifts: US Shifts

Enterprise Platform support (B2B commercial line of support)

Troubleshooting of Server operating system environment, Server deployment/redeployment, Patching, configuration, recovery. Sound Knowledge of MS Server Operating systems, DNS, DHCP, and AD.

Hardware Identification and Troubleshooting.

Operating System Installation, Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.

Application Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.

Internet and Networking.

Protection Software Usage, Configuration and Troubleshooting.

Basic Knowledge on GPO, FSMO, Mail flow, Roles, Auto Discover, Database
