We are in the process of hiring Process Trainer for one of our client located at Mumbai-Parel

Your role - Process Trainer 

• Designing and delivering impactful training modules for the customer care team based on data analysis.

• Carrying out agent profiling, training needs identification, etc to identify relevant and personalized training roadmaps

• Partnering with the audit & operations team to identify knowledge gaps and working on continuous process improvements to improve end-user experience.

Skills:

MUST Have

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in both the voice and non-voice support process in the customer service industry

• Excellent written & spoken English

• Sound knowledge of First pass yield/ Throughput yield

• Highly data-driven and hand-on approach

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
