Job Description
• Provides information to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Maintains and manages professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank to ensure exemplary customer service.
• Ensures interactions with customers are as per bank’s set procedures and regulations in order to meet service standards.
• Channel complex customer complaints and resolve customer queries to the right quarters for effective resolution.
• Maintains awareness of the department's business continuity plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
