Job Description
BackOffice activity to cover invoicing and billing queries

o Ensure that invoicing is processed accurately and to expected timelines

o Ensure that the SLA on billing query resolution is achieved and maintained

o Liaise with tech support for error resolution & system improvement

o Handle customer queries through emails

Activity – Invoicing

o Ensure all travel tickets are invoiced on a daily basis

o Undertake manual invoicing where required

o Process credit notes where required

o Perform billing administration tasks where required

o Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing

o With assistance from Finance team, maintain a regular reconciliation to ensure items charged to Egencia are invoiced out to customers

o With assistance from the setup team identify, investigate and resolve any issues around customer parameters preventing invoicing

o Decrease the turn-around-time taken to render invoices to customers through process improvements

o Ensure Invoices are distributed to clients on time


o Travel industry experience is required

o Ability and diligence to follow processes through to conclusion

o Strong time management skills

o Ability to organize and prioritize effectively

o Strong integrity

o Excel Standard

o Knowledge of Excel Macro would be an added advantage

o Ensure Invoices are distributed to clients on time
