Job Description: HR-Specialist

Job location: Hyderabad

Work Experience: 6+ yrs.

Recruitment and selection, On-boarding new joiners ,Payroll processing
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, and standards to new and existing employees

Leave management and Payroll processing

Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval

Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks

Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.

Manage medical insurance programs of employees

Design and implement effective training and development plans.

Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.

Employee Engagement


Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.

A minimum of 6+ years’ proven experience in a similar role.

Good understanding of the full recruitment process.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
