We are looking for a dynamic extroverted individual with high inclination towards social causes. The person would be assisting his/her manager for handling corporate clientele for CSR/NGO Project on boarding & execution.
The role would entail the individual to:
· Work closely with the Business Development & Senior Management team to support initiating, processing, following up and execution of CSR Projects.
· Support in engaging CSR stakeholders with proposals, follow ups and request fulfillments.
· Arrange the logistics and framework for campaigns initiatives for attracting client’s awareness and attention towards the products. NGO & social partners onboarding & relationship management.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
