We have drive happening for a Leading company "SWIGGY"
for escalation desk level 1 & 2
Huge drive happening on 06/03/2019 i.e on Wednesday
Interview timings 11:00 am- 1:00 6pm
1. Sr. Escalation Desk (pilot Process)
Process: Senior Escalation Desk (L2) and (L3)
Type of Process: Semi Voice (Voice & Chat escalations)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year ICC experience
Qualification: Under graduate or Any graduate
Quality VT 14 & Above
Shift: Rotational (5 days working)
Salary: Max up to 6 laks (45000 TH)
Eligibility: Strong Communication Skills and Analytical Skills
Interview Rounds: Written & HR, Versant (70 & Above), Psychometric test, Ops 1 , Ops 2
