VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for ERP Manager for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following and terms and conditions.

Skill set required

Knowledge and Expertise:

• Over 12+ years Dynamics NAV consultancy experience.

• Minimum 5+ Years’ experience in Project Management.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009/2013/2015/2016/2018/BC and D365 on complete implementations, installations, configurations, deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance and support.

• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Microsoft in NAV -E2E implementations/Migrations/Integration

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules

• Hands on Microsoft SQL Server.

• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

• Must have rich experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform such as Microsoft NAV 2018, BC

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting - covering all aspects; including supporting, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics NAV 2009 and 2018.

• Mentor developers and Liaise with BU heads - act as a point of communication.

• Upholding Business process analysis and procedures.

• Quality Assurance & Testing.

• Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents.

Education & Technical Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Accounting or related fields.

• Valued (Preferred or added advantage but not Mandatory) Qualifications

o Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.

o Microsoft Certificated or Experience as part of a Microsoft Partner organization.

o Demonstrates ability to use certain Project Planning software to assist in Plan development and coordination.

o Demonstrates awareness of how software solutions affect business processes.

o Demonstrates and applies SBS methodology and implementation standards to assigned tasks.

o Complies with logical and physical security policies, processes, and practices.

o Recognizes non-compliance and notifies appropriate individuals.

o Understands the basics of the process of gathering business requirements.
