ERP Implementation and Support - Delhi

We are looking for ERP Software Implementer with a strong background in implementing Business Applications, having experience of 01 Yrs - 05 yrs

An ideal candidate should be good at configuring software applications, support on systems, Support on ERP, Commerce Background Or Strong knowledge in Accounts

- Pre- Sales Demo and technical clarification for prospective enquiries.
- Studying and identifying client process and evaluating key functional areas needed for improvisation which includes
Marketing, Material Management, CRM.
- Preparing Customization flows.
- Product installation & configuration.
- Actively contributed in product development based on the customer experiences.
- Assisting in Planning development & testing process and creating functional testing scenarios
- Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the completion of small, medium and large implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
- Manage all configuration communications externally and internally
- Maintain a current and thorough understanding of LOGIC's product functionality
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven problem solving capabilities
