Roles and Responsibility :
Job Role: Consultant / Senior Consultant
Responsibilities include performing reviews around configurations , blue prints , roles and responsibilities within ERP (SAP or Oracle) and GRC (SAP or Oracle).
Job profile includes:
Determine procedures necessary to achieve the desired project results.
Interact with customers for status updates and issue resolution
Conducting ERP Health check assignments
Conduct post implementation reviews of ERP
Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies and improvements in operations as per industry standards and best practices.
An intimate understanding and critical business information of technology skills including segregation of duties principles and business analysis
Lead a skilled group of risk consulting professionals and be proficient with the broad range of skills commonly used by Technology consulting firm.
Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients , scheduling and conducting key client meetings.
Play a key role in the development of less experienced staff through mentoring , training and advising.
Preferred with MBA \ CA
2+ years of experience in implementation of financials modules within Oracle Financials / SAP in a professional service firm or Industry.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Hands on experience in the design of the architecture requirements for a successful implementation of ERP
Understanding and knowledge of business processes and the controls that operate within them
ERP security knowledge or experience would be preferable
Experience in evaluating complex business and technology risks , internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control environment
Experience is ERP system audits will be an added advantage.
Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in / with teams and build long term customer relationships
Should be ready to travel and able to work with customers / teams across regions
Experience in team supervision and project management
