Job Description
We are looking for a DELIVERY LEAD for our Automation platform on IT Tools landscape, who’s hands on and have excellent knowledge in various IT Infra data centre management tools. Competencies includes as below, but not limited to -

• Experience leading and implementing Automation Strategy
• Strong knowledge of build/deployment automation and continuous integration
• Provide guidelines and recommendations on different tools and technologies
• Preferred Certifications on any ITSM and Monitoring tools.
• Excellent knowledge of IT DC Operations and as well as Cloud SaaS platform in AZURE and AWS environments
• Hands on On-boarding experience of global customers on these tool platforms and lessons learnt, able to articulate case studies associated with the on-boarding of tools.
• Very Good Experience in various IT Infra Management Tools in below domains, but not limited to: (At least one in each category or several of them is preferred)
 Monitoring - OpsRamp, SolarWinds, Whatsup Gold
 ITSM, ITOM, ITAM – Service Now, SNOW, BMC Remedy
 Applications monitoring via APP Dynamics, DynaTrace, New Relic
 Security Events Management via IBM QRadar, Splunk
 Patching, Packaging and Imaging tools -SCCM, BigFix
 End Point management tools – Nanoheal, Bomgar
 Automation tools/AI/Machine learning tools - ARAGO/HIRO and/or other leading AI/Automation tools in IT Infra.
 Incident Management tools – Ever Bridge.
• Very Good knowledge on various Reporting, ITIL framework
• Person would be responsible for building an Automation platform in the existing IT Operations and maximize gradually to an industry standard.
• Preferred knowledge/experience of various of these tools integration into a Single Pane Dashboard utilizing Open Source platforms/frameworks/languages viz., JSON, Python, RoR/Ruby on Rails.
• Doing Root Cause Analysis/Problem Management of issues/incidents related with outages caused by break fix issues around the tooling environment.
A total of 12+ years of experience of which :
· 6 -7 years on successful IT Infra Tools On-boarding, Configurations and Deployments – UAT/Production environments.
· 2-3 years of Complete End to End Life Cycle Management, including licensing, Reporting/Dashboard Automation via Integration
· Should be able to articulate Lessons learnt, implements and preferably able to orate as case studies.
· ITIL v3 Foundation Certified is preferred.
