1. Should be working with at least 8 batches every week and maximum of 16 batches per month, in & around 100 kms of the place assigned to you. However, depending on requirement in organisation your services will be utilised in any locations within India.
2. Take lead for Ignis teacher’s training and initial orientation of program to explain Ignis pedagogy.
3. Conducting Pre and Post assessments for a sample of children trained.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
