Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical or any relevant fields
Experience: Should have minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience in handling engineering stores or related warehouse activities or previous experience within Purchasing environment. Knowledgeable about the CMMS system and can able to identify the different engineering parts; experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing industry, preferably MNC and computer literate.
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or ITI (Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field. With FMCG background and worked with different types of packaging machines.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
